"Super Smooth Shore Excursions"
We booked two shore excursions with Virgin Voyages and both went really smoothly. The meeting spots were easy to find, the guides were friendly, and we got back with plenty of time to spare. The prices felt fair too. It made visiting the ports a lot less stressful for us.

"Pricing wasn’t as upfront as promised"
I had an okay time checking out Virgin Voyages, but the pricing was frustrating. They make it seem like everything is going to be clear upfront, and then extra costs start popping up later. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt like they didn’t really deliver on that promise of straightforward pricing. I just wish they were more honest from the start so you actually know what you’re signing up for.

"Quick booking, but the pricing could be clearer"
I was able to book quickly, which I really appreciated because I didn’t want to spend a ton of time going back and forth through the process. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the pricing. It wasn’t exactly impossible to figure out, but there were a few moments where I wasn’t totally sure what was included, what might be extra, or why the final amount looked the way it did. So overall, the booking itself was smooth, but I do wish the prices were explained a little more clearly upfront...

"Such a Smooth and Fun Cruise Experience"
I had a really great time on Virgin Voyages. the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish, and the ship was just easy to enjoy. The gym was way better than I expected, the food spots were open when we actually needed them, and the pool area had a fun vibe without getting too wild. I also loved having the hammock on the balcony, and the arcade was a nice bonus. Everything felt super clean too. The app was a little slow here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely go again.

I really enjoyed the itinerary overall. The ports were great choices, and my sister and I had a lot of fun exploring each stop. The only thing I would’ve changed is having a little more time at one of the ports because it felt a bit rushed...

After dealing with a bunch of travel stuff and just being kind of over the whole process, the cabin was a nice surprise. It was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected, the bed actually felt good, and the shower had enough room to move around. It stayed quiet at night too, which was exactly what I needed. I slept great the whole trip and really don’t have any complaints.

"Helpful, just slow sometimes"
They were helpful when they finally got back to me, so I can’t really say it was bad. The replies were slow though, which kind of made it less helpful, but also they did answer, so I guess it worked out.

"Really nice spa day onboard"
I had a really nice spa day onboard. The massage was great and super relaxing, but the sauna got so crowded it was kind of ridiculous. Still, overall it was a good experience

"Accessible enough, I guess"
I booked with Virgin Voyages and stayed in an accessible room, which was actually decent overall. The staff did help when I asked, so credit where it’s due, but it wasn’t exactly effortless. Some areas were oddly confusing to navigate, and the elevators were constantly busy, which is always fun when you don’t really have another option. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for disabled guests, you’d think things would be a little smoother...

"Fun night out, just expect a wait when it’s busy"
I had a really good time here. The bars had a fun vibe, the drinks actually tasted good, and the staff were friendly even when things got busy. The only thing is the wait can get a little long during peak times, so I’d plan ahead because it would be a shame to miss out on enjoying the place just because you showed up too late or got stuck waiting. Overall, still a nice spot and I’d go back.

"Absolutely the Right Kind of Cruise Vibe"
I genuinely loved the adults-only atmosphere. It 100% made the whole ship feel calmer, more relaxed, and just easier to enjoy, I’m completely convinced that was the best part. A few areas definitely got a little packed at night, no question about it, but overall we had such a fun time. I’d go again without even thinking twice.

"Really good food overall"
We booked Virgin Voyages mainly because we’d heard the food was great, and it lived up to the hype for the most part. The restaurants felt so much better than the typical cruise buffet setup, and I loved not being stuck in one big dining room every night. Extra Virgin and Pink Agave were easily our favorites. I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few dishes came out lukewarm and a couple desserts were just okay, but overall I ate really well the whole week

I had a really good time overall. The place was fun and I’d definitely go back, but it did get crowded around the pool and the food areas, especially at certain times. Not a huge deal, just kind of... you know. Still a great trip though...

"Nice app, but kind of glitchy"
The Virgin Voyages app looks good and, for the most part, it’s easy to use. I could check my bookings and restaurant times without much hassle. But on my phone it was slow a lot, and every now and then it would just log me out for no reason. The tech onboard was kind of hit or miss too. The WiFi worked fine sometimes, then randomly just wouldn’t. It wasn’t awful, but for the price, I expected it to be a bit smoother.

"Virgin used to feel smoother"
We sailed with Virgin Voyages last month, it felt like the whole process used to be better. Embarkation was smooth once we finally found the right line, but the signs at the port could’ve been clearer. The staff were friendly, just seemed a little rushed. The app check-in definitely helped, but we still ended up standing around longer than expected with our bags and passports out. Disembarkation was the bigger headache. Times changed and nobody really explained what was going on, so the last morning felt kind of messy. It wasn’t terrible, just not as easy or polished as I remember Virgin being

The crew was so friendly!!! They were always saying hi, smiling, and jumping in to help whenever we looked a little lost... which definitely happened a few times!! Service was quick most of the time, too. I’m taking off one star just because there were a couple small delays here and there, but overall, really good experience!!
